Having worked in the travel management sector for over 20 years, as a senior manager Fran supported and managed the travel spend for corporate national and international clients, including Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, Kvaerner, Royal Bank of Scotland, Marks & Spencer and BAE.

As Operations Director at Booking Services International, subsequently Capita Travel and Events, Fran was responsible for the customer service delivery and process optimisation for multiple contact service centres across UK, as well as Paris, supporting hotel, conferencing, air and rail service requirements.

Working directly with the IT team, continuous system development played a key factor in the online integration of travel needs, such as traveller tracking tools, which played a vital role in staff security during many major incidents, including the ash cloud crisis and numerous worldwide terrorist attacks.

Since 2013 Fran has been working with businesses primarily in the South West supporting their internal and external processes, enhancing client service delivery, operational efficiencies and maximising income opportunities.
